With the information about the current consumption the system could be optimised: Consumption was halved using a simple low-cost electrical valve and a switch-off system depending on requirement. This optimisation was only possible after the compressed air consumption was determined. The additional leakage monitoring detects very small leaks, which can then be removed quickly. This reduces expensive compressed air losses.
